Keystone, a division of CHM Industries, Inc., was founded in 1998 as a manufacturer of pole structures for GE Lighting Systems high mast lighting and sports lighting products solutions.

More recently, Keystone has utilized this knowledge, expertise and resources to produce high quality, tubular steel structures for many other applications: Utility Transmission and Distribution, Wireless Communications, Small Wind Turbines and Traffic Structures.

We are an independent, domestic company with facilities in Saginaw, Texas, in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
